How to process a non-i502 lab sample

Step 1: Create Incoming Transfer
- From the OpenTHC Dashboard go to Sales.
- Select Incoming in the upper-right corner.
- Select Create in the upper-right corner.
- In the License field find the Seller by searching for name or license number.
- Select Next.
- In the Sales ID field type the Manifest ID Number.
- Fill out the arrival time and date.
- For each item received, do the following:
- In the Lot field type in the field Lot ID.
- In the Quantity field type the quantity in grams or each.
- In the Unit Price field type the unit price.
- Select the plus (+) button to create additional lines for additional items. Repeat the item steps above.
- When all items are listed, select Next.
- In the Product column, choose your product from the dropdown list.
- In the Variety column, choose your variety from the dropdown list.
If a product or variety does not exist, simply use the plus (+) button to add it. - Select Accept Inventory to create the Incoming Transfer and Inventory Lots.
Step 2: Create Sample
- From the Dashboard select Inventory.
- Select the Lot ID of an Accepted Lot.
- Select Make Sample.
- Verify and/or change the following information:
- Sample ID
- Source License
- Source Lot ID
- Product Type
- Product Name
- Variety
- Quantity
- Select Save.
Step 3: Add Results
- From the Dashboard select the Toolkit dropdown.
- Select Connect under Lab Portal.
- Select Samples.
- Select a Sample ID or select Add Result for the preferred Sample.
- Enter potency values for General, Cannabinoid, Terpene, etc.
- Select Save.
Step 4: Create Report
- From the Dashboard select the Toolkit dropdown.
- Select Connect under Lab Portal.
- Select a Sample ID.
- Scroll down to Lab Results.
- Uncheck any Results that will not be included.
- Select Report to generate a report with all checked Lab Results.
- Select Commit to commit the Report.
- Select Share (blue) to publish the Report.
Step 5: Share the Certificate of Analysis
- From the Dashboard select the Toolkit dropdown.
- Select Connect under Lab Portal.
- Select Reports.
- Select a Report ID.
- Select the grey download dropdown menu.
- On the first option in the dropdown menu, select one of the following buttons to access the COA:
- The Printer icon (COA (PDF)) to view the COA document.
- The Download icon to download the COA document.
- The Clipboard icon to copy a link to the COA document.
