Step 1: Create Incoming Transfer

  1. From the OpenTHC Dashboard go to Sales.
  2. Select Incoming in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Create in the upper-right corner.
  4. In the License field find the Seller by searching for name or license number.
  5. Select Next.
  6. In the Sales ID field type the Manifest ID Number.
  7. Fill out the arrival time and date.
  8. For each item received, do the following:
    1. In the Lot field type in the field Lot ID.
    2. In the Quantity field type the quantity in grams or each.
    3. In the Unit Price field type the unit price.
  9. Select the plus (+) button to create additional lines for additional items. Repeat the item steps above.
  10. When all items are listed, select Next.
  11. In the Product column, choose your product from the dropdown list.
  12. In the Variety column, choose your variety from the dropdown list.
    If a product or variety does not exist, simply use the plus (+) button to add it.
  13. Select Accept Inventory to create the Incoming Transfer and Inventory Lots.

Step 2: Create Sample

  1. From the Dashboard select Inventory.
  2. Select the Lot ID of an Accepted Lot.
  3. Select Make Sample.
  4. Verify and/or change the following information:
    • Sample ID
    • Source License
    • Source Lot ID
    • Product Type
    • Product Name
    • Variety
    • Quantity
  5. Select Save.

Step 3: Add Results

  1. From the Dashboard select the Toolkit dropdown.
  2. Select Connect under Lab Portal.
  3. Select Samples.
  4. Select a Sample ID or select Add Result for the preferred Sample.
  5. Enter potency values for General, Cannabinoid, Terpene, etc.
  6. Select Save.

Step 4: Create Report

  1. From the Dashboard select the Toolkit dropdown.
  2. Select Connect under Lab Portal.
  3. Select a Sample ID.
  4. Scroll down to Lab Results.
  5. Uncheck any Results that will not be included.
  6. Select Report to generate a report with all checked Lab Results.
  7. Select Commit to commit the Report.
  8. Select Share (blue) to publish the Report.

Step 5: Share the Certificate of Analysis

  1. From the Dashboard select the Toolkit dropdown.
  2. Select Connect under Lab Portal.
  3. Select Reports.
  4. Select a Report ID.
  5. Select the grey download dropdown menu.
  6. On the first option in the dropdown menu, select one of the following buttons to access the COA:
    • The Printer icon (COA (PDF)) to view the COA document.
    • The Download icon to download the COA document.
    • The Clipboard icon to copy a link to the COA document.
