Resetting a Password

How to Request Email when Forgot Password

1. Go to openthc.com.
2. Select Sign In.
3. Select Forgot Password.
4. Type in the email address.
5. Select the CAPTCHA checkbox.
6. Select Request Password Reset.
7. Check your Email inbox and select the link provided.
   • If the Email has not arrived, check your Spam folder.
8. Enter a new password then enter the password again to confirm.
9. Select Update.
