CCRS Overview

The CCRS or Central Cannabis Reporting System is a platform designed and built the the WSLCB. This platform becomes live on December 6th, 2021 and will fully replace LeafData by December 18th, 2021.

The LCB has planned for a type of migration however, any individual licensee may only use one -- either LeafData or CCRS. So, each licensee will need to coordiate their migrations and data-transfers.

CCRS requires that all licensees do three things.

  • Import their initial Crop, Inventory, Product, Variety, Section and Sales data via CSV to the CCRS.
  • Complete A Web-Form for every B2B Sale (ie: Manifest, Transfer)
  • Update the CCRS data at least weekly with information about their operation

Data Transfer Go Away

A key feature of the LeafData platform was the ability to transfer data electronically between the licensee. This feature is now gone. However, the WICA has worked together to provide a method to share data.

Register

To Register for CCRS licensees visit https://cannabisreporting.lcb.wa.gov/ and then sign in with your Secure Access Washington (SAW) account.

The first time you connect to CCRS you will need to confirm your email address. It MUST be the same email address used with your SAW account.

Selecting an Integrator

To select an integrator use the Account menu in CCRS and select Licensee and you will see a list of your licenses.

For each of the licenses that you operate chose the Edit button. You will then see details of your profile and on option to Manage Integrators.

Now you will see a list of all the integrators available. Check the box next to OpenTHC-WeedTraQR and click Update.

B2B Transfers

B2B Transfers are handled through two methods.

  1. The Supply-Side Actor will use a web-form on the Drupal powered LCB webite at https://lcb.wa.gov/node/6316
  2. The Demand-Side Actor will upload a Inventory Transfer CSV file or a Plant Transfer CSV file

Lab Results

Lab Results are NOT TRANSFERRED between the Lab and the Licensee with this new system. All lab results are moved between the systems manually -- unless they are using the WCIA system.

If the lab is integrated with WCIA, they will have a method to accept the data-links. The lab will also have a method to send the lab-result data back to you electronically. If they are not, there will be some manual entry.
