Workflow: Bulk Conversion to Bags and Pre-Rolls

How to Convert to Bags/Pre-Rolls using Workflow

1. From the Dashboard select the Workflow (Magic Wand) button.
2. Select Package under the Process column.
3. Select Bags / Pre-Rolls under Flower.
4. Enter the count for each 'packaged product' Lot to be created.
   • Use the ‘+’ button to add another Lot of a specific Product Name.
5. Select Next.
6. Select the Source Material for each output Lot. There are three ways to look up a Source Material Lot.
   • Use the magnifying glass to expand the list of Lots, and select a lot using the blue Check button.
   • Type in the Lot ID manually and select it from the dropdown list.
   • Select an entry box and scan the Barcode/QR Code of the Source Material Lot.
7. Select Next.
8. Verify the weights being used.
9. Select Next.
10. Select the Lab Results status. (Lab Results status refers to marking the item as No Additional Test Result Needed or Additional Lab Result Needed.)
11. Pick a Section.
    • Optional tip: Select the Down Arrow button to auto-select the same Section for all rows.
12. Select Next.
13. Review the details and select Finish to create your Lots.
