'Copy' or 'Void & Copy' a Transfer

Copy or Void & Copy an Outgoing Transfer Manifest. Use when an existing outgoing transfer manifest requires changes, for example, inventory quantities or delivery driver.

1. From the Dashboard select Sales.
   • To view the full list of B2B Sales select Outgoing.
2. Select a Transfer ID for a manifest that needs to be reset.
3. Select Copy.
4. A pop-up window appears with two options:
   1. Copy: This will simply make a copy of this manifest, leaving the current manifest as is.
   2. Void & Copy: This operation will completely Void this existing Manifest. The Stops and Items will be copied to a new Manifest which must be committed.
5. A page will appear with the copied information loaded. Make the necessary changes and select Create Manifest.
